MORE INFORMATION:

We send all of our orders out with Australia Post with a signature on delivery. This is because they cover 100% of Australian residents and businesses plus have the added bonus delivery to PO boxes, parcel lockers and click and collect.

You will also be given the option to have your parcel left on your door in the tracking e-mail which is sent by Australia Post. Simply click on “Safe Drop” within this e-mail and the request will be sent through.

The driver will only leave your parcel if there is a safe place to do so which is also out of the weather.  Possum Brush, does not take any responsibility for Parcels that are not signed for upon delivery.

PARCEL TRACKING 

Every order will be provided with a tracking number via email. You will receive an e-mail with an estimated date of arrival and also be kept up to date by text message or email, feel free to contact us via email at ( suebug@bigpond.com ).

The Shipping time depends on the location in Australia and the time of the year – 2 days to 2 weeks transit time:
The shipping cost is a flat rate of $25.00.
